The World Community School of Music exists to share the energy of music and the arts with as many youngsters as possible of all cultural persuasions, some of who may never have had the opportunity to be exposed to the joys, beauty, and richness the humanities can bring to their lives.  Supporting this effort by providing professional, high quality music instruction by outstanding faculty members from around the world.

Primary Goals:

WCSM has set high standards and goals that will always aim to increase student understanding and appreciation for the arts and humanities and the part they play in developing the student's full potential; To assist students in directing their energies and efforts toward acquiring knowledge and developing competencies and personal qualities necessary for success in a global society; To offer learning experiences to students that instill discipline of thought and action, and provide an environment that will assist students to realize their full potential as creators and nurturers of their musical and artistic talents; To assist students, parents, and community members in acquiring a more intense awareness and appreciation for their own cultural traditions; To involve more effectively the participation of parents, businesses, and the community-at-large in shaping the educational environment of our children.
